Online Grief Counseling
What is Grief?
Grief is a natural reaction to the inevitable loss that each one of us have or will experience in life. While it is a universal experience, it is highly personal and each individual's experience of grief may vary. Grief is not limited to the death of loved one but includes loss in any form including job loss, pet loss, loss of a particular role, or even the ending of an important relationship.
Grief Counseling
Grief Counseling is helpful in learning how to navigate, process, and heal in our grief. I have received certification training for grief counseling as a Certified Grief Informed Professional (CGP) and have many years of experience working with grief and loss and can help you find meaning in the midst of suffering that feels like it will never end. Grief can last for a very long time, often leading people to question if it's "normal". I work with clients to help them to work through the tasks of mourning, ultimately getting to finding a connection with the loss one while embarking on a new life. As a certified grief counselor, I offer online counseling sessions to make it easy for you to get the support you need.
